Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.23 Build 241119 rel.70306n
technical support:
Hello! Today I opened tapo c425 and updated the latest firmware version 1.2.23 Build 241119 rel.70306n. Everything worked normally before. The camera frequently generated failure prompts during the update process and eventually stopped naturally. But at this time the camera C425 has already offline. I pressed reset or restarted the device, but the situation still couldn't be solved. This is the screen captured with my mobile phone before the update. Now the indicator light keeps flashing in red.The router’s WIFI password is correct,What should I do?

Hi,
It's suggested to press the power button for three seconds on the camera to turn it off, wait for a moment, turn it back on, and wait for two minutes.

Then press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, are there any changes on the LED? Does it turn to flashing green and red?
If so, you can try to reconfigure the camera.
If not, please describe the LED changes when you reset it.

Best Regards
