robot goes completely crazy in case of power loss

Hello,
I notice a very annoying behavior of my RV20 Max robot.
if a power loss happens in the house while the robot is quietly on his dock, the robot goes completely crazy. It leaves the dock base (why?) and then starts searching back the dock, which is not findable because of the power loss, and then it starts moving around all the house in search of the dock.
The same happens in case I remove the robot from the dock by hand, eg for some maintenance, it immediately tries to get back to the base.
This is quite annoying from my point of view and I consider it like a SW bug that must be fixed quickly or, at least, the user should have the chance to choose to enable or not this behavior.
Cheers,
Paolo.

Are you able to reproduce the problem? For example, unplug the dock's power supply.

Please record some videos if you can reproduce both problems. And send me the Mac address of your device to me through private message.

yes sure, this is a third case where the same behavior happens. All three are due to the same reason: no more power from the dock's recharge contacts.
> About this situation, is it possible that you press any button accidentally?
I asked myself the same question and so I tried a second time carefully avoiding to touch any button while moving the robot away from the base. So the answer is: I'm absolutely sure I didn't press any button.
I tried to attach a video but, even if I re-coded it in different format staying below the maximum size requested by your form (10MB), your form repetedly respond with a "Failed to upload" error. I can send you the video through other channels if you need (please specify how) but the problem is easily reporodicible on your side too, just remove the dock's power suppply as per your suggestion.
Sending also the MAC through private msg.
