I've had the RV20 Max Plus since December 2024, which means it's been almost three months. For the first two months, it performed great in both vacuuming and mopping. However, over the past month, it has stopped cleaning the entire house, despite the map remaining unchanged. The vacuum has more than 70% charge, no obstacles in its path, and both the machine and charging bin are clean. There are no visible issues with the vacuum itself.

I've rescanned and created a new map four times, but the problem persists. It only cleans the room where the charging dock is located. Even when I manually send it to another room, it moves a few meters before returning to the dock for no apparent reason.

This has become frustrating, as I invested in this vacuum expecting reliable performance. Given that the furniture layout, charging dock location, and overall setup have remained the same since purchase, this behavior seems abnormal.
