Device is not connecting to wiffi

Just receive the device but could not detect our wiffi.. It says only compatible to 2.4Ghz.. Our wiffi networkband is 5ghz. Does it mean it couldnt connect to 5g?

Hi,
The Tapo C200 does not support the 5GHz Wi-Fi network and supports the 2.4G Wi-Fi only. If your router provides a 5G Wi-Fi network only, the camera can't work with it.
