Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 3.5.503

I bought 2 C200 three months ago and both could not connect to wifi. It says, unable to connect to wifi, and unstable connection. I have reset, rebooted, followed every post, work around and nothing seems to be working for either C200. 

> Reset WiFi

> Reboot C200

> Changed all settings in WiFi

> plugged and unplugged both C200, and wifi router

> Camera is sitting on top of the router

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to set up the camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

If the problem remains, please try to factory reset the camera, enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, configure the camera with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if you can set it up successfully.
