Tapo C200, unable to share device, when will this be available ??

Yes (only had it 2 days). Me and my girlfriend had the same problem, I was the first to use the App. Then later she tried, (th3 otherwise greatinstructions of online, not clear in this at all)
but yes, we reinstalled the App. Then sheused my email address and the password I used, on her phone, Result; perfect ! ( I also did the same of iPad) Brilliant, but we wasted an hour before

Are both Tapo C200 cameras' firmware up-to-date? Please be aware that only the latest firmware with the latest Tapo app can support this Share Control feature.

Hello, as you know, the device sharing feature is not available for this Tapo C200 now.
The estimated supporting time is unsure, it is suggested to keep an eye on the official website/Tapo App to get more updates.

@Kevin_Z What is the workaround as of now, as I have 2-3 members who need access to this camera, also I do not intent to share my account id.

Hello, if the members who want to access the camera can connect to the same wifi with the camera, you no need to share your account with them, they can access the camera directly. If they want to access the camera remotely, use your account is the only way, you can change the password whenever you don't want them to access it.

@IRK i have the same issue, sharing is not available. i tries to login to other device with the same account but camera does not appear, i neet to reset it again.
the feature is so import for our family members that are not staying at home.

Hello, I'm using 2 x C200 and strange that 1 cam can share with family member's but 2nd device cannot. What would be the reason?

Is there any way to disable notifications from a shared device in the guest side?
The owner of the device has the notifications disabled in his side, but the guest user receives notifications everytime motion is detected.
Is there any way to disable this?
Even the guest cannot manage the shared device, the notifications should be configurable at his side... i guess...

@Nuno00 if you using iphone, you can off notification from iphone notification setting.
