Hello, is there an alternative way/setup to access my tapo cam when there's no internet? For context, my isp had some issues that'd take days to resolve. We're planning to add too some outdoor tapo cams so I'm looking for a somewhat robust solution so that if something similar happens in the future, the cameras don't go offline and remains connected to the internet

Hi,
Typically, if the camera is connected to your router's Wi-Fi but the router has no internet, it's unable to control the camera remotely with the Tapo app. However, if your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the camera, you can control the camera locally with the Tapo app.

For setting up the camera, we suggest setting up the camera when the router has an internet connection.

Best Regards
