Lagging on playback when there's any movement
Hi,
Basically when I look at live view everything is fine. However when I watch the playback it's lagging, especially when there's lots of movement outside.
SD card is fine, network signal is fine, apps and firmware at latest version to date.
Could you help me please?

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? What's the Tapo app version?
2. Please update the Tapo app to the latest one on your phone and check if it helps.
3. Refer to the instructions below to download the video clips from the SD card, then check if you can watch the downloaded video clips properly on the Tapo app.

4. Can you share a video showing the reported issue with us?

1. Samsung S21. Android 14. One UI 6.1. Tapo 3.7.113
2. It's up to date. The problem remains.
3. I downloaded the video and the lag is still there. It just jumps frames the same as in app when there's movement. I have two cameras of the same model and they do the same. When I had them in tapo cloud, they were also lagging, now they have high endurance SD card and the issue remains.
4. I can't upload it right now. It's giving me errors when submitting. I will try it later.

@Solla-topee any news on this? Has been happening for me the last few days as well (same camera model and firmware version as OP), happens on multiple viewing devices (android 14 and 15, high end devices) everytime the camera moves/rotates. Was working fine before.
