I have 3 Tapo C310
I have two identical cameras v.2.0 but with different firmware
the one with the number 1.3.11 does not allow me to set static ip, the one with firmware 1.4.1 static ip works.
the other one which is V 1.0 firmware 1.3.16 static ip works

The firmware version is different on different hardware versions.
For the Tapo C310 V1, v1.3.16 is the latest firmware version.
For the Tapo C310 V2, the new firmware v1.4.1 is being released gradually, and you can see some with the new firmware, but some do not.
We suggest waiting patiently for the new firmware(v1.4.1) to be released to all your Tapo C310 V2.
