App automatically closes
We're using the kasa camera as a baby monitor and after about 2 hours of the app being open on our tablet. It just closes automatically. This is a major issue. How do we fix this. Your faq said to havw it on the same local network and it should work and they're both on the same wifi. What else can I do?

You can refer to FAQ 2720 for further troubleshooting(this FAQ also works for the Kasa Cameras).
Since your camera is connected to our cloud server, the phone may stream its live feed on the Kasa app via cloud server even if they are on the same network, then you may see a "Continue" prompt on the Kasa app.
If you block the internet on the router for the camera, you can stream it locally only on the Kasa app. However, you will be unable to control the camera remotely in this situation.
