No Green light
I bought a camera. I opened it. downloaded the app. turned on the camera. First came green light and when it starting to rotate red light starting flashing. And thats it. Only the red light is on. there is no green light. So basically I cant connect

Please try to press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds, if the camera does not respond to the reset operation, it's recommended to contact your retailer to check if the camera is under warranty.
