Tapo D230 not recording at night

The Tapo D230 doorbell does record at night. It stopped for a while before Christmas but reset it, can't recall how, and worked for a week or so again. Had a notification from 2.30am saying person detected but no recording. Obviously a concern as people moving around properly but not recording.

The D230 doorbell needs to be woken up before it can start detecting movements and record videos.
Please try testing it yourself to see if the same issue occurs, this can help to locate the problem: is it the doorbell not waking up at all at night, or is it the detection and recording not functioning even when the doorbell is awake.
1. Walk in front of the doorbell at night or in low light conditions to test if the doorbell can detect the movement and record.
2. Walk in front of the doorbell at night or in low light conditions, and open your Tapo app to watch doorbell live stream at the same time.
