After latest FW Update al my c410's (6) are more then once a day offline... when I enter the viewed area, they are online again after a second or 2. The all are connected to my WiFi (no signal-Break light in the camera)

 

someone else the same problem? It's very annoying because I cannot live see what's going on..

Hi, have you tried restarting the camera? It's an important update, adding support to the H200 Hub

  @obagi they do restart every day (automatically), which brings no change in behavior. Today a will update the 'last cam standing' to 1.0.23... till today it's very stable (read: no unwanted offline). At this moment 2 cams are offline, yesterday they were online. The cam which was offline is online today.. 
 

personally I think it's something in the WLAN-improvements. My infra (5 Deco x50's) didn't changed. Further, all my items ( >70) doing well...

Can you share more details about the offline issue? What do you mean by "when I enter the viewed area, they are online again after a second or 2."? Watch the camera in the app?

No, not in the app, I enter the viewed area myself (to test if something happens) . Then the cam sees a subject (me) and comes back online again. Those specific 2 cams are in a place with as good as no movement from humans/ animals and so on. The other cams (4 pieces) are playing random with the offline mode. Again, the cams worked fine until the fw-update. I’m not a newbie in IT /Tapo’land’.. this is weird behavior.

Hi again, Now, my last 410 cam also received the 1.0.23 update.. wished I never done that! Now this cam also is spontaneously in offline mode (..). Cannot see the quality of the WiFi signal now but it always is 3-stripe green. About 4-5 meters from the main x50… now, I cannot see what’s happening at my front door (..) 🤨🧐😩

  @fwg Encountered same issue after last firmware update. Apparently camera will appear offline provided viewer stays connected to the same WIFI network, meaning no longer able to view remotely.

 

Found the solution my camera, you have to reset the camera (using the pinhole reset button behind the camera), reconnect to your WIFI network and the entire reconfiguration process. Now I'm able to view remotely.

Hi, Complete Reset of the cam and reconfigure is a big thing. I am able to see /live-view IF the cams are online.. last night, my most important one was offline 😩.. sadly. Info 4 TP-Link; Cam 6: -47 RSSI 3-stripe green Cam 7: -60 RSSI 3-stripe green Cam 8: -47 RSSI 3-stripe green But, although they did it very well with this connection, nowadays..#off
