I have see hundreds of people on this site having the exact same problem with the c410 after the latest update. IT CAN NOT CONNECT TO ANY WIFI. Why do you not correct your firmware update so that your hundreds of costumers can actually use the product they have paid for????? 

 

And again the problem is that since the day of your firmware update all of my 3 c410 cameras have not come online one single time and yes I have restarted them and reset them many times nothing works. 

And Please do not come with the same lying talk that you have used on all the other customers who have tried getting help in here, about it maybe being a problem on my end because the cameras worked for 3 months before the day of the update and since that day they have not connected once and I have two c210 that work and connect without a problem to the exact same router and internet connection that the c410 can not. 

 

So the question is WHEN DO YOU FIX THE FIRMWARE Update????

What router do you use? Share your network topology if you own a big network.

 

Please provide more details about the behavior of your product when it's offline. For example, what is the LED light status, and is it still connected to the Wi-Fi network (i.e., still listed as a connected client on the router), etc?

 

Offline issue is common among network devices, without the specific details, it is hard to identify, categorize, and diagnose the problem and provide further suggestions. There may be some problem behaviors that you're not aware of, which could be the key factors that differentiate your case from others, in this case, the suggestion or solution might be different.

  @Wayne-TP so you did exactly what I asked you to do. You start talking about my single router and wifi. THE PROBLEM IS THAT YOUR FIRMWARE UPDATE BROKE THE CAMERAS ABILITY TO CONNECT TO ANY WIFI AS DESCIBED BY HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMERS. 

My wifi works with no problems as shown by the fact that my two c210 cameras work without any problems at all on my wifi. 

SO I ASK AGAIN WHEN DO YOU INTEND TO MAKE A NEW FIRMWARE UPDATE THAT CORRECTS THE WIFI-CONNECTION PROBLEMS THAT YOUR LAST FIRMWARE UPDATE CREATED????? 

and please for the sake of anything good in this world DO NOT START ASKING ABOUT MY INDIVIDUAL CONNECTION AGAIN, BUT JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION.

There is a beta firmware for Tapo C410 that adds optimizations for use cases in a mesh network environment. You can try if that helps with your case. 

 

To apply the beta firmware, send me the camera Mac address through private message.

I also have the same problem. After the update the camera no longer works.
I tried to do a reset but after the tapo c410 device is found with the phone application, it is no longer paired with the network. In all the cameras I tried the same thing happened. How can it be solved?

What router do you have? Do you have a dedicated 2.4GHz wifi? Try to change the 2.4GHz channel to 1, 6, or 11, and fix the channel width to 20MHz then try to pair the camera again. 

 

For comparison, create a 2.4GHz guest WiFi and try to connect the camera to it, see if that works.
