Hello,

My tapo C310 camera is stuck on version 1.3.11. I wish to assign this camera a static IP for stable rtsp streaming but that option is only available on my other tapo cameras (those are on version 1.4.4)

P.s. i cannot assign a static ip through my router due to limitations on my ISP provided router

Hi,
The new firmware(v1.4.1) for the Tapo C310 V2 is being released gradually, in this situation, it's recommended to wait patiently for the new firmware to be released to your camera.
