I have a similar issue. The day after the firmware update I can no longer access the cameras when not connected to WiFi. Everything was fine before FW update.

@Solla-topee I also have the same issue on all my 5 C410 cameras after the last fw update.
They go offline randomly, and sometimes they come back online. It is not an issue with the wifi signal level as they are located around the house at different places and were working fine before the fw update.
Please review the firmware update and give the possibility to roll it back whilst you fix the issue, otherwise there is no point in having these security cameras!
Thanks
