Sorry I don't have time to play beta-tester or collect camera logs for you.
Last firmware worked fine for me. I don't need new features, but definitely a security camera that's not going offline.

Same for me with C410 :(
Camera goes offline after installing 1.0.23 Build 241119
Version: V1
After reseting the camera (full reset with a pin) it goes online and randomly after day or two goes offline again.
Mine is unable to switch online again. No connection to app :(
Battery: 99%
Connected to Deco M4 with good dbi. Still connected, even if it's offline
Definitely faulty FW from TP-Link

My two C410's are going off and online randomly but one of them is then still online. Today I plugged in my older C100 and boom.. booth C410's are offline.
Is there anybody with tapos cloud subscription who got this offline problem? I heard that the wifi reception of non-subscription users seem to be worse.. could this be true?

Hi All,
We have a new firmware for the Tapo C410 V1 that may help in this matter. Please send me(@Solla-topee) "Forum ID 732910 + C410's MAC address" via a private message if you want to try it.
Before the Upgrade:
(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
(2) How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
If the problem remains, please refer to this post to send us the relevant data for further analysis.
Best Regards

A Beta test is useful. But how can I go back, when the Beta Update have a Bug and the Camera don't work anymore?
I don't like send the Cam then to a care center.
I think the problem is a Mesh Network, where the Camera connect every time to a other accesspoint.

I'm just here to say "me too".
I have 2 cameras, both suffered problems since the upgrade (thought it was bad wifi), one is totally dead since yesterday (continues to reconnect every few seconds, doesn't respond to power or reset).
