C220 camera not available in Google home (Google tv)

C220 camera works in Google home on phone and nest hubs but is not available in Google home on Google tv. All my Google nest cameras are available in Google home on Google tv. This behaviour is seen on 2 of my Google TV's 4k and hd versions
Additional on the phone in Google home the camera will not automatically stream and needs to be tapped to access the live stream. This is different performance to my other Google nest cameras.
Anyone else experienced this or know and solutions to the above?

Hi,
Thank you for the device info and the video provided. I confirmed the information with the relevant team, and we find the reason for the issue you reported is that the Google Home app has not been proactively requesting the camera's live feed when trying to stream it on the main screen. Instead, it only requests the live feed after you click on the camera. We will contact Google support in an effort to improve this situation. Additionally, you can also contact Google support to report the issue to enhance the user experience.
Best Regards

@Solla-topee Unfortunately a recent Google Home update has incredibly made things worse. Now the camera is not even visible on tap (as you have already investigated) but an error is shown. I have just sent a DM to you and posted the video so you can analyze this problem as well. Thank you very much for your support

@Solla-topee Hello and thank you for your response. Sure, I had already seen that page but if you remember, in the previous problem you told me that you contacted Google to solve it. Now the situation has also worsened because while before on tap the stream was shown, now not even that. Is there any hope? Thank you

Hi,
After investigation, we have confirmed that the problem is related to the Google Home App rather than the camera itself. Our team has reached out to Google Support for assistance but has yet to receive a response.
We recommend that you also contact Google Support directly regarding this matter, and we will update the thread if there are any updates.
Best Regards
