I can not view C220 camera without the same wifi
Please help.
I have 3 cameras. 2 Tapo C200 and 1 Tapo C220( just bought 3 day ago). My C220 can not view online when I am not using the same wifi, 2 camera C200 are still working normally. Please help me how to fix it.

What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. What's the LED status on the Tapo C220?
2. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the Tapo C220, reconfigure it with another phone, and connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, can you control it remotely?
