Solution What can I do if the existing doorbell chime does not work with the Tapo doorbell camera?

Phenomenon Description:
The Tapo doorbell camera disabled "Always-On Mode" ( On the Tapo app > doorbell’s Device Settings > Always-On Mode page), and there is no jumper wire inserted on the existing chime, however, the existing chime is not ringing when someone presses the doorbell camera.
Workaround
Step 1. Please go to the Tapo app > Tapo doorbell camera's Device Settings > User Guide > Mounting Guide page, and follow the instructions to complete the mounting guide again on the app.
Note:
1) Pay attention to the selections on the following page.
2) Please ensure you have completed the mounting guide on the app and tapped the Finish button.
Step 2. If the problem persists, try the following steps.
1) Go to the Tapo doorbell camera’s Device Settings > Always-On Mode page, enable "Always-On Mode" and the below page will prompt. Select Chime Not Bypassed, and follow the instructions to finish the mounting guide on the app.
2) Tap Chime Already Bypassed, and "Always-On Mode" will be turned on.
3) Disable "Always-On Mode" again, and follow the prompted pages to finish the mounting guide on the app. Pay attention to the selections on the following page, and the "Always-On Mode" will be turned off.
4) Test if the existing chime will work when someone presses the doorbell camera.
