Good day
For a few days the robot has not been able to get out of the base easily, it seems that the wheels are slipping. This only happens if there is the frame and the mop cloth, otherwise everything is smooth. I cleaned everything and the cloths are original

Thanks

@Wayne-TP Thanks for the reply. I think I understand. As I said, the problem occurs only with the cloth (and frame) inserted.
I'll post a photo, looking carefully at the two parts circled in red that broke on their own over time, and the other two nearby are about to break. Looking at the robot from the side, you can see that without those shims, its weight bends the frame and does not let the small rear wheel circled in blue touch the ground. So when reversing, it tends to rub on the cloth and not be able to move

The robot is one year old

I solved it by putting adhesive rubber shims, similar to these below

Do you see any error in the app or from the robot vacuum itself (voice prompt) when starting a cleaning task?

Try to relocate the charging dock, see if that helps.  If the problem remains, please take a video when the problem reoccurs and share the video link to us. You can post the link here or send it to me via private message.
