My cctv camera is not working ,I have try so many times to reset the the cctv camera but there is still no led light appearing on the cctv camera.

Do you use the original power adapter? Try to switch to a different outlet and a power adapter.
If the adapter is confirmed to be working properly and resetting the camera does not produce any response (with the LED indicator remaining off), the camera may have a hardware issue. In this case, contact local TP-Link support or retailer to proceed with the warranty.
