my Tapo camera c210 is not working outside my home network, i also check my MAC ID is A8574EFD935E , so can you please help me to see camera outside my home network.

Hi,
If the camera's MAC address on the Tapo app is "A8574EFD935E", it's suggested to contact your retailer or local team to check if your camera is under warranty.

Tapo C210 displays "This smart device can only be controlled locally" on the Tapo app
