My c225 was working properly and well all last summer.  Being a tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorist, I only use the camera for a couple of weeks when I'm away from my house.  It's been sitting in a cupboard all winter and now I'm trying to use it again.

I have a permanent red light on my with occasional clicking. I have tried reset, cycling power, and I'm about 5 minutes away from trying the Estwing 20oz. reset. 

Any ideas?
