Model: Tapo P100  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.5 Build 240411 Rel. 143808

I have 5 TP link Tapo P100 smartplugs which I can control in the Tapo app. I could also control them in Alexa untill I changed ISP.Alexa says that the smartplugs are unresponsive.
I have removed the plugs from Alexa and the Tapo app, then re added them to both apps. Still unresponsive.
I have uninstalled both  the Tapo and Alexa apps and re installed them to setup the 5 smartplugs again. Alexa still says the plugs are unreponsive
I have reset Alexa and re added the plugs, and also have updated the firmware on all 5 plugs.
Alexa still says the plugs are unresponsive

 

Any ideas please.

Thank but I've since tried all those suggestions, and haqve now got them working with google home instead

Did Alexa discover the smart plugs after enabling the Tapo Skill? Did you control the smart plug with voice command or with the Alexa App?

Yes, Alexa discovered the Smart plugs after I set them up in the Tapo app.

But as soon as they were discovered and set up, Alexa said that they were unresponsive.
