SMART MODE NOT FUNCTIONING IN MY TAPO C520WS
Hello!
My C520WS was set to Smart Mode.
An event has been detected, yet the camera remained on the IR mode.
Smart Mode should automatically activate the LEDs for the Full Color whenever an event is detected. Is my understanding correct?
I have motion, person & pet detection ON.

@Solla-topee I never have that active, but I've checked and it def wasn't on, and still no smart mode. This is the second camera now, Amazon were right on the ball and delivered this one on Sunday. Is there any help on the horizon?

@ClkEverday Hi, if you have not tried to factory reset the camera and reconfigure it, please have a try and check if it helps.

@Solla-topee tried it last night and I'm sure it worked once and not again before I reconfigured the settings 😟. Tried again and still nothing.

@Solla-topee after brief success I have notice the smart mode again isn't working, maybe coincides with the latest update, I'm not sure, I've pretty much left it all to automatic updates. 😏
