This Article Applies to:

Tapo C200 V1/V2
TC60 V1/V2
TC70 V1/V2
Issue Description/Phenomenon:
After updating the firmware of the Tapo Camera to version 1.3.5/1.3.6, the motion detection feature is functioning as expected when managing the camera via the Tapo app. However, it's not working anymore on the NVR or the Scrypted App that connects to the camera via the ONVIF stream.
Solution:
1. Our developers have' provided beta firmware to address the mentioned issue for the above models, please provide the MAC address of the camera and the model number of the NVR via private message (send a message to @Solla-topee, make sure you've registered or logged in with your TP-Link ID in our community first) with the format ‘Forum ID 631802+camera’s model+ the motion detection stops working in the Scrypted App or NVR’, and I will send the firmware to your camera.
Double-check the camera label and make sure you're getting the correct info when messaging with the device MAC address. Then you can update the firmware via the Tapo app as follows to see if the camera will work fine with the NVR or the Scrypted App.
