Hear I've attached Tapo C200/C210 camera picture. Lately many cameras are coming of warranty with hang (All time the lights are on and nothing works) condition. This issue is not resolved. Please let me know if there is a solution. In ezviz brand CS-C6N camera this problem is solved by updating the firmware.

Hi,
I want to know the detailed problem phenomenon thus I can provide proper suggestions on this issue.
1. How about the system LED status on the Tapo cameras? Such as solid red, flashing red, or other colors and status.

2. How do you test if the camera is not working?

3. If you press the reset button on the camera to reset it, does the LED have any changes? How about rebooting the camera, wait for a while, and then reset it?
How to reset my Tapo camera?
