Hello,

 

I have 8 C210 cameras and 1 C320WS camera. I am using Tapo Care Premium (10 Cameras) plan.

 

Firmware version of all 8 of C210 cameras is 1.3.1, hardware version is 1.0

 

The fiemware version of the C320WS camera is 1.0.5 and the hardware version is 2.0

 

As of June 19, 2023, it remained creating video summaries. I canceled and re-done several times, but nothing changed. This problem occurred on all 9 cameras.

 

How can I solve the problem? Why did this happen?

You can check if the below tips will help in this case.
1) Ensure the Tapo app is up to date.
2) Reboot your phone, and try a different phone.

 

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.
1) The model number and OS version of your phone and the version of the Tapo app.
2) Whether the cloud video clips are recorded and played properly on the Tapo app?
3) Send me a link to download the video about the problem via private message if possible.

Hello,

 

I always keep everything up to date. I'll do it as soon as the update comes.

 

1) In current version. iOS App v2.16.106


2) How many times I restarted the phone nothing changed. I don't think it's a problem with the phone. Because it just remained creating video summary feature. It's a problem with Tapo.

1) iPhone 13 Pro Max 1 TB. iOS 16.5.1 - Tapo App v2.16.106

2) Yes cloud recording is done and playing properly. There is no other problem.

3) Ok, I will send you a photo and video recording of the problem by private message. Sorry, no screenshots etc. to the forum. For some reason it can't be added.
