Since a few days i see that the logged datas like daily power consumption is messed up totally. I have 2 P110 switches and 5 P115 (all ahrdver version is 1.0, and firmware is for all: 1.1.6 Build 221114 Rel.203339).

On ALL of the switches are the problem the same. On the logged screen for today i see that there was no data logged from 00:00 to 03:00.

 

And there are NO datas fro yesterday! But yesterday when i checked there was data for about 8 hours logged. Today it says there was nothing yesterday. 

Its empty. Why?

 

And the same on all my switches. Interesting that the missing data time range differs on all switches, the problem is not at the sam time on the switches. I'm using those switches since a few months ago, never had an hour or any minutes missed, the log was fine since a few days ago it started messing up everything. I also reintsalled app, not helped.

 

Another interesting thing is, when i export the datas to my email address, and compare the xls datas i see that for example at 2022/01/06 and 07 there was no data on the Consumption XLS:

 

BUT! When i see the other xls (Power) it says that there was recorded power at that time range:

 

This is strange. I don't know what happened, but since some days the datas are unusable, however i need a very quick help to resolve this as i have to log all the datas on those switches for special measuring reasons on daily basis. So please help me asap!!!

By the way, what's the version of your Tapo APP? The latest Android version is 2.11.44, please update the APP first if it is not the latest version.

Thanks! Engineers wrote me an email, all details, files they needed is sent to them. I hope the problem will be solved soon.
