Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.6 Build 221114

Away Mode also doesn't work for P110 as it should. Everything else is fine.

I read the issue for thr p100 in here from 2 years ago. Is it that Away Mode still only works between 19:30 and 24:00 also for P110? 

As customer, I expect the sunset to sunrise option to work also with offsets. It allows you to set these but it does nothing.

If you fix this device is 100% for my use.

 

Note the other issue from two years ago is read by 1000 people almost.

Thank you for the case report with the community. 

Can you share some screenshots of your Away mode settings, the Device name and how you find the issue or detail the concern?  

 

 

There were app recreation and device firmware update during the two years, we need to take a look at the new issue or concern again, thank you.

I will wait for tonight again to check if the 19:30 to 24:00 setting on both p110s does anything.

  @Solla-topee I can confirm that the away mode works between 19:30 and 24:00 as confirmed also for the p100 by engineering in the other issue also posted in this forum 2 years ago (you can find it easily).

 

Can you confirm then this is the same for the p110?

 

Also please confirm why is this not improved/fixed properly as it is 2 years later now? I'm also going to double check if this has since been documented. Some action should have been taken given the 2 year span.

 

I can confirm using sunrise or sunset in the away mode results in just off. I will test tonight if it can work later than 24:00, e.g. 02:00 as fixed times.

Can you detail the concern and share a photo of your Away mode settings, I mean the settings that does not work.  

Do not hesitate to detail the issue like how did you find out or test the issue, these helps me escalate your case to the engineers.   (An old thread may help us understand the issue, but we still need some settings from your case to look into it )  Thank you.
