Firmware Version: 1.2.5

I have 2 c310 cameras which were working fine.

Having rebooted them, there is no longer any sound.

The volume is turned up and all settings seem correct.

Any thoughts anyone?

Try resetting the camera. There's a reset button in the cd card area. It worked on one of my cameras.
