Tapo C310 HW reset not working
My Tapo c310 V1 is dead, suddenly his LED turned on solid red, i was trie via software reset and HW button reset and still not working. Now the app don´t recognize it.

Hi,
Please press the reset button on the Tapo C310 for 10 seconds to factory reset it, if the LED has no change, refer to the instructions below(Case 3) to have a try.
