Tapo care is not uploading to the cloud
Hello, I have the problem that the videos are not uploaded to the cloud for some days now.
Also with C310 and they were all upgraded, including the app.
They are in Continuous recording mode and sd.
So I cannot pay for such a service if you do not give me a solution,

Tapo care will upload the motion events to cloud (motion detections ON), so if there is no cloud videos, please confirm motion is triggered as suggestions on support ticket TKID220133479, and reply on that email, thank you.

There are cloud videos stores last month, but only when it detected a motion, not the full video of the entire day.

I have the same problem. I checked everything you explain.
I activated free Tapocare on 29.3.2022 and it worked OK till 04.4.2022. After this date it stop recording.
The second camera; free Tapocare start on 01.4.2022 and stop recording 04.4.2022.
The application and the firmware are updated to last version.

Sorry for the late update, It is recommended to start a new thread and provide some case details ,we'd like to look into that further
If enable Alarm on the camera, does camera detect the motion at that time? Do you use SD card recording, was there any video in Playback when there was no Cloud video, please share the photo showing there was no cloud video, share MAC address of camera via private message.Thank you
