Hello,

 

I have a problem with the night vision on my 2 cameras. There are disturbances in the image which lead to untimely detections at night. Attached is a photo of the problem. The white spots are constantly moving. Can you help me please? Thanks

To further looking into the issue, can you manually record a video of disturbance or white spot? How does that look like if turn Night Mode off? 

May I know  Mac address of camera, please share with us by private message

Please also confirm camera firmware and Tapo APP are both up to date.

Here is a short video of one of the cameras, the image is compressed so that the file is small but we realize I think of the problem. 

If that doesn't fit, tell me.

 

when we switch to day mode, there are no white spots.
The cameras version is V1.0 and the firmaware is 1.1.12.

 

For information, I moved a camera in a verrada, there are no more white spots.

Thank you, I wonder if there is any snow in your area when record the video?  Can you also help confirm some details here: 

1. can I know where the camera is positioned: 

the temperature there:

2. and help record another video clip:  record in night Mode and switch to Day Mode 
3. When did you have this camera,was the camera Night Mode image looks fine without white dots before?
