Thank you for raising this concern on TP-Link community. Could you share some pictures here of the problem you have encountered?
Please also provide more detailed information about it, some background information. For example, how long did you own the camera? When did you notice this problem? How does it normally occur? The location of the camera, etc.
It will be helpful if you can share the camera Mac address and your TP-Link ID with us via private message.
