  @ShashanK25 Looks like your camera  2 LED lights are facing an obstacle, you just need to switch back to Day Mode, your street have lights.

  @ShashanK25 Wait... your camera spotlights are on, you need to turn it off outside the fullscreen live view.

EVEN IF THERE IS FULL BLACKOUT AND MY LED'S ARE ON THEN ALSO I AM FACING THE SAME ISSUE..........

  @ShashanK25 because theres something is blocking the LEDS, check them, if it's okay, send me a picture of the front face of the camera.
