Notifications and connection issues
Hello,
I recently bought a C200 camera. At first I was able to access it under 3G and receive notifications. However now I can’t receive any notifications even under Wi Fi and I cannot connect to the camera using 3G despite the fact that I didn’t change any settings. Also, I have already checked the following:
- Try to delete the app data from the settings of your phone, when you open the app again make sure to accept the terms
- If you have any VPN - or proxy functions on your phone make sure to disable those
- Check the settings of the phone for restrictions that may be imposed on the app for using mobile data
- If you are certain that the issue is not caused from a phone setting try to contact your ISP and check from their end
- If Vodafone is your ISP make sure to ask them to disable SECURNET
I have also tried reinstalling the app and resetting the camera twice.
Is there anything else I could try before I return the product to amazon?
