KC120 Cameras - no sound on playback as of yesterday!
KC120 Cameras - no sound on playback as of yesterday!
I have two sets of KC120 cameras in two houses; mine & my mums. As of yesterday I can view & hear live coverage in both houses but not hear any sound on activity playback.
Think there was an app udate yesterday, not sure if that's caused it. I've tried accesing both houses on three different phones so its definately not a problem with my cameras or phone!
Any help appreciated as I use it a lot to check in on my mum who has dementia :-(

We have been aware of the issue that the clips recorded in the app have no sound when you try to play it online.
Our engineers are working on it and will release a solution as soon as we can.
By the way, what is your Kasa APP version? Is it 2.26?

@Awhite2650 I too have the same issues where there is no sound in the video recordings on all of the cameras. This was recent, has there been any fix to this issue?

@Solla-topee Yes, I have the same issue. I use the camera to connect with my dad in assisted living. With COVID I have not been able to visit for 6 months now. We need this resolved ASAP.

@Solla-topee Any news on an resolution to this issue? I raised it on Wednesday & really need a resolution as it's vital to my distanced care of my mother who has dementia.
