HS110 doesn’t power devices off

Model: HS110

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.5.10

I have a number of TP-Link smart plugs but one of them has stopped working. (HS-110).

It provides power, but if I turn it off via the app or via the switch, the light goes off and I hear the normal 'click' but nothing is powered down.

I have tried resetting and starting again but same thing happens

any advice please?

Sounds like the relay is fused - the contacts are sticking. Tapping it might make it work for a while, but usually you need to replace it.
