Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.5

Hi,

 

The C200 detects motion and pushes that to the Tapo app which I have set to only display the notification envelope. However, it appears that after 84 notifications, further notifications are not noted. This happens every day. I have to delete all 84 then the app starts to record more notifications again. Why does it limit itself to 84?

Hi, what's the model number and system version of your phone? What's the Tapo app version and the camera's firmware version? 

 

Please try to use another phone to do a comparison test.  If you just delete some notifications(such as delete 5), can you receive the new notification?

 

Besides, please post the screenshot that shows the notification envelope with 84 notifications.

Sorry my mistake. It is not 84, it is 128 messages. I have attached a screenshot below. Apologies for the size of the picture. I cannot seem to adjust it.

 

The app is 2.1.9 and my phone is Android 9 and is a Motorola G6 Plus. Camera firmware and hardware version was included in my first post.

Hi, I am also facing the same issue I cleared all the notification still I am unable to receive the notifications, how can I fix it ? Regards, RK
