Over the last few weeks most of my plugs have stopped working. I have 12 plugs and 5 bulbs. I have soft and hard reset them. They work for about a day and then stop again. Same goes for 2 smart bulbs too. 

 

I’ve called each support and all they can say is reset them etc. 

 

Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated.

Hi,

 

What's the LED status on the plugs when problem happens? 

 

Are you using local internet connection? 

 

Make sure your host network is reliable. Use fixed channel and security type AES. 

 

Check firmware update on all smart home. Check signal strength on Device settings, if it's less than -70dbm, signal is poor, thus may disconnect from time to time.
