I already told Google to sync my devices, anything else that I can do? Have any of you had this happen before?

Thank you for reaching out.
Please ensure the kasa device is accessible remotely when phone is on the mobile data, or you could try reboot one of the device and see if device are online
Then try to unlink and relink Kasa in the Google Home app
