Try to factory reset the camera. How to reset my Tapo camera?

If the camera LED indicator light does not show any change during reset, you can try removing the microSD card and then attempting the reset again. If the behavior remains the same, this device may need to be replaced. Contact the retailer or local TP-Link support to proceed with the warranty.
