My Tapo C200 stopped working on its own one fine day and could not detect any signal due to offline mode. I worked on the next steps of forgetting the device and am trying to reinstall the same now.

 

However, the led does not blink red or green despite power deplugging or reset, and I am unable to add the device back. It just continues to blink red and I cannot see any option to connect. Kindly advise and  help please.

Hi,
Typically, we recommend referring to the instructions below to troubleshoot when failing to configure the camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

In your situation, please try the following steps.
  1) Turn off the camera, wait for two minutes, and turn on the camera.
  2) Press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds and check if the LED will change. If so, describe the LED status changes when resetting it.
  3) If the camera has a flashing red and green light, you can try to configure it.
