Firmware Version: 1.2.1

I'm noticing that the motion detected events in my sd card are lesser than the ones in the cloud. In some of the recordings (sd card) , there is no motion at all.

I'm assuming that the recording on the sd card is delayed so much that actually no motion is finally captured. The delay could be more than 1 minute if I try to compare to the corresponding recording in the cloud.

Can someone confirm if this is a known bug?

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.

1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Detection page and send us the pictures of the detection settings.
2. Please go to the Storage & Recording page and send us a picture of the Recording Schedule page.
3. Could you please send us a video showing there are video clips stored on the cloud but not stored on the SD card?

You can upload the video/picture to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it, and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
