SD card not recognized
After the latest firmware update, both cameras stopped recognizing the SD cards. If I try to reformat them, they will go to 8% and throw an error that they can't be formatted.
The SD cards are 128GB Samsung class 10 cards.

Hi,
You can try the following steps and check if they will help.
Turn off the camera, remove the microSD from the camera, insert the microSD card again, turn on the camera, and check if it can be recognized.
Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. What's the model number and format of the Samsung microSD card?
2. Insert the microSD card into a computer with an SD card reader. Check if the microSD card can be recognized by the computer and test the card with third-party software such as H2testW to ensure the microSD card is good, and let me know the test result.
3. Insert a different microSD card into the camera for a try if you have one.
Best Regards

Hi,
Based on the test results from the H2testW tool, it appears that your microSD card is not working or it is a fake SD card.
