Model: Tapo C325WB
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.4

Hi,

bought a supported SD Card based on list. Sandisk High Endurance v30 128GB. (no fake).

When I inserted it to camera, camera told me its formated wrongly.

After a googling what format does it need, I found it requires FAT32. (not sure if correct)

Formated card to FAT32.

Then I put it to camera and camera told me, partition is too big or something.

Could you please let me know what to do.

I have two cameras one is C325WB (this one I was working on) and I have also C520WS 1.0 (which I will work on, same SD card, I bought two same ones).

Thank you in advance.

Hi,
Typically, after you insert the microSD card into the camera, you will see a prompt message on the Tapo app to format the microSD card.
If you have a problem formatting the SD card on the Tapo app, please troubleshoot refer to the following instructions and send us the test results.
What should I do if the SD card cannot be formatted/recognized?
Best Regards

I have the same problem.
Do you know how long it takes to run H2testw on a 128GB microSD?
It's easy for you to give complicated tasks to be performed, almost as an excuse.
Even the complete formatting itself takes a long time, everywhere the device is reading normally and writing and reading without any problems.
You have to check this, it's not about passing the task on to the user, several users with the same problem and you want to send a check when clearly everyone is facing the same problem.I have the same problem.
