Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.1.6

Does the Tapo P115 have support for Homekit or MQTT?
Or is it possible to add the plug into Home Assistant without using the cloud?

I tried a lot already but nothing seems to work...

I'm afraid the KP115 is not Homekit compatible, and here are some new Tapo models that support Homekit in thread HomeKit Device RoundUp

The model Tapo P125 with HomeKit feature seems to be the model you are looking for, or you can check out more tapo models in tp-link official website here.

For Home Assist /MQTT support, I recommend taking a look in the Home Assistant/ MQTT forum.
