When i try to share my P100 to another phone the id box is greyed out so i cannot type in the ID

Please confirm Tapo app and tapo device firmware are both upto date first.

May I know do you use the admin account * the main account to share the tapo device?
To use camera in a different phone, you could also log in to same admin account on Tapo APP to manage the device.
Please check plug sticker and check what is hardware version and country version (EU.UK, US etc.) of Tapo P100? Thank you
